SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Subscribers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee and agree to the Terms of Use of the Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. The Terms of Use govern use of our site by registered subscribers.  Once you authorize us to charge your credit card the monthly or three month or twelve month fee on our behalf and you register with Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing (registration constitutes your agreement to this Subscription Agreement and the Terms of Use), you must use your PayPal email address as your ID/user name and the password we send you by email. This will permit you to enter the restricted portion of the membership site.

Canceling Your Subscription

B. Busin Group Publishing before the time of your expiration. You have full control over your subscription. Busin Group Publishing has the right to cancel your subscription and terminate this agreement if you fail to observe any provision of this Subscription Agreement or any of the Terms of Use of our site. We also can cancel your subscription if authorized charges to your credit card are not honored, or if Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing is no longer authorized to charge your credit card. Upon cancellation, you will be denied further access to the restricted portion of the Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing site. Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing will have no obligation to return any portion of the subscription fees you have paid prior to cancellation.

Duration of Our Agreement
This Subscription Agreement and the Terms of Use, as well as your authorization to Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing to charge your credit card for subscription fees on Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing’s behalf (until cancellation), will continue for month to month, or subscription period to next subscription period, as in a three month subscription, as long as you are a subscriber.

Evidence of Your Agreement with Us
If you register with Timing Market Turns and Market-Timing-WBBusin.com and TimingMarketTurns.com published by W. B. Busin Group Publishing, and provide us  with your credit card information, select a user name and password, visit and use our site, YOU WILL BECOME A PARTY TO AND BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF USE THAT FOLLOW, UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
