The recent structural phasing labels for the 10-Year Note currently projects to a low of 3.94% (potentialy 3.80%) to set in the ending C phase corrective low.  That low should launch a bull market for yields and a long term (12 to 18 months) Bear Market for all of the debt market prices.  We project 5.5% by year end, if not sooner.  First target is 7.0% for an intermediate term high.
